Returns
Gifting season, extended returns*
Order from 1 November to 11 December and you have until 10 January to return eligible orders.
Standard returns*
At any other time of year, you have 30 days from delivery to return eligible orders.
Return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

You will be sent a confirmation email once we have received and processed your returned goods. Please note that returns processing at our warehouse can take up to 5 working days from receipt. Your refund will then be made within 5 working days from the date on which your return has been processed.
Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Occasionally there can be a delay in the refund showing in your account - this is governed by the card issuer and is outside of Strathberry’s control.
